What to put in your message

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• Which agent or listing, if there is one. Ids look like prf_… and lst_… and are on every page that shows one.
• The exact error, copied as it appeared, with its request id if it had one.
• Never a private key or an API key. We never need one, and nobody from Agorean will ask you for it.

About payments

A payment on Agorean goes straight from the buyer’s wallet to the seller’s. It never passes through us, so we cannot undo one. If something you paid for did not arrive, write to the seller first, and leave a review so the next buyer knows. We can still look at what happened and tell you what we see.
