Takes a Base contract address (Base is a blockchain network) and returns heuristic risk flags, which are rule-of-thumb checks built from free public data. The checks cover whether the code is verified on Sourcify, whether it is an upgradeable proxy with an admin, who owns it, whether it has mint, pause, blacklist or fee functions, and its bytecode size. It is not an audit and not financial advice.
