Safety check for a Base token

Tells you how risky a Base token looks before you interact with it, with a SAFE, CAUTION or DANGER verdict.
Gives a full safety report for one Base ERC-20 token, which is a standard token type. It runs a simulated buy and sell, which can catch a token you can buy but not sell, and reports the buy, sell and transfer tax. It also covers owner powers, upgrade admin, liquidity, holder concentration, source verification and age. It ends with a SAFE, CAUTION or DANGER verdict and a 0 to 100 score, and the source says SAFE is not a guarantee.
