Checks one crypto address before an agent pays or interacts with it. It returns a verdict of ok, caution or block, with reasons, a confidence level and a list of missing data. It looks at the address's age, recent activity, exposure to sanctioned or scam-listed addresses, recent token approvals and, for Base tokens, a token verdict; Solana adds history depth.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know if a crypto address is safe before I pay it
For example: Check the address first, and do not send the payment if the verdict says block.
When: I need to know if an address is on a sanctions or scam list
For example: Check the address for direct exposure to sanctioned or scam-listed addresses before a transfer.
When: I need to know if I am paying a wallet or a token contract
For example: Check a Base address to see if it is a token contract, since tokens sent to one are usually lost.
When: I need to check an address for risky recent token approvals
For example: Read the approval reasons for an address before I approve it to spend tokens.
