Export valid rows from a refund CSV

Checks a refund CSV against a table contract you declare and gives you the valid rows.
Validates a declared CSV table contract against up to 1000 rows and exports the valid rows. Quoted cells are supported. It adds no external data, so only the rows you send are checked. Meant for refund imports.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need only the valid rows from a refund import
For example: Send up to 1000 rows and get back the rows that pass the declared contract.
When: I need a CSV with quoted cells checked
For example: Send a CSV that has quoted cells; they are supported.
When: I need a refund CSV checked without outside lookups
For example: The check uses only the table you send, with no external enrichment.
