Gives you which drugs the FDA just approved and who sponsored them.
A bulk feed over openFDA Drugs@FDA approvals, newest first by approval date, since a new approval or supplement is a commercial-launch moment. It is cursor-paginated up to 1000 rows per page and filterable by sponsor, submission type such as original or supplement, marketing status, or a since date. Each row carries the sponsor, application number and type, brand names, active ingredients, dosage and route, and marketing status.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know which drugs the FDA just approved
For example: Call it with a since date and read the newest approvals back.
When: I need approvals for a specific sponsor
For example: Filter by sponsor and read the matching approval rows.
When: I need only original approvals, not supplements
For example: Filter by submission type to see only original approvals.
When: I need to page through more approvals than fit in one call
For example: Pass the next cursor from one page into the next call to continue.
