Lists AI models available on Bittensor, in an OpenAI-compatible format.
It lists all AI models available on Bittensor, in a response compatible with OpenAI's /v1/models format. It is meant as a drop-in replacement: you can point existing OpenAI-client code at it by changing only the base URL.

When: I need to see what AI models are available on Bittensor
