Live fiat FX rates

Gives you live fiat exchange rates, meant for cross-border agents.
It returns live fiat foreign exchange rates, primarily sourced from Frankfurter and the ECB, with a fallback source if those are unavailable. It is meant for agents handling cross-border transactions.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need a live exchange rate between two currencies
For example: Call it and read the FX rate for the pair you need.
When: I need the rate to keep working even if the primary source is down
For example: Rely on the fallback source behind the scenes.
