Send the details of an x402 settlement, such as the resource, network, amount, payer, and transaction, and it returns an independent attestation sealed with a post-quantum ML-DSA-65 signature. The seal includes the algorithm, a content id, and the signature itself. It is for proving to a third party that a specific settlement happened, backed by a notary independent of the buyer and seller.
