Base transaction receipt

Gives you the full receipt for a Base transaction, or says it isn't there yet.
Returns the receipt for a transaction on Base: whether it succeeded or reverted, its block, gas used, effective gas price, the fee in wei and ETH, how many logs it emitted, and which contracts emitted them. A contract deployment also reports the new contract address. If there is no receipt yet, it says whether the transaction is pending, was dropped, or was never seen, instead of just failing.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know if a Base transaction succeeded or reverted
For example: Send the hash to get its success or reverted status.
When: I need the gas and fee a transaction cost
For example: Read gas used, effective gas price, and the fee in wei and ETH.
When: I deployed a contract and need its new address
For example: Check the reported address field for a deployment transaction.
When: I don't know why a transaction has no receipt yet
For example: Check the response for whether it is pending, dropped, or never seen.
