Sunrise and sunset calculator

Computes sunrise, sunset, and twilight times for any coordinate and date.
Computes sunrise, sunset, solar noon, and civil, nautical, and astronomical twilight times for a latitude, longitude, and date, returned in ISO 8601 UTC. Near the poles around a solstice an event may not occur; those fields come back null with a note explaining why. It also returns dayLengthMinutes, the interval between sunrise and sunset.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need sunrise and sunset times for a location and date
For example: Send lat, lon, and date to get sunrise and sunset in UTC.
When: I need twilight times, not just sunrise and sunset
For example: Read the civil, nautical, and astronomical twilight fields.
When: I need to know how long daylight lasts on a given day
For example: Use the dayLengthMinutes field returned for the date.
When: I am querying a high-latitude location near a solstice
For example: Check for a null field and its note, since the sun may not rise or set that day.
