This checks a claim that an agent or automation finished a task, using only the evidence you give it. It returns a deterministic execution receipt, a machine-readable record classifying the operation. A plain claim of completion is never enough by itself to be marked VERIFIED_COMPLETE; the evidence must support it. It is for anyone who needs to independently check that an automated task really happened as claimed.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: An automation reports it finished a job and you need proof beyond its word
For example: Send the evidence of the run to the endpoint and get back a receipt classifying whether it counts as complete.
When: You are building a system where agent claims must be machine-checked before being trusted
