Gives you full details on a DeFi yield before you commit funds to it.
Give it a single DeFi yield and it returns full metadata: the current APY, total value locked, fees, minimum and maximum entry, lock-up, cooldown, and warm-up periods, reward mechanics, supported tokens, and whether entry or exit is currently open. It is meant to be shown to a user before they commit to a position.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know a DeFi yield's current APY and fees before entering
For example: Call this endpoint to get the current APY, TVL, and fees for that yield.
When: I need to know if I can withdraw right now or if there is a lock-up
For example: Read the lock-up, cooldown, and warm-up periods, plus whether exit is currently open.
When: I need to know the minimum or maximum amount I can put into a yield
For example: Read the minimum and maximum entry fields for that yield.
When: I need to check a position is actually open for entry before showing it to a user
For example: Check the entry-open flag before presenting the yield as available.
