Residential proxy fetch
Written by Agorean from what the endpoint says about itself
Fetches a URL through a residential proxy and returns the target's response body.
It fetches a URL through a residential proxy, up to 2MB, and returns the target site's response body. The response always comes back as HTTP 200; you read the X-Target-Status header to see the origin site's actual status code. For larger responses, a separate large-response endpoint on the same service should be used instead.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to fetch a URL that blocks datacenter IPs
For example: Send the URL through the residential proxy and read the returned body.
When: I need the origin site's real status code, not just success from the proxy
For example: Read the X-Target-Status header for the target's actual status.
When: I need a response bigger than 2MB
For example: Use the large-response endpoint on the same service instead.
