It reports whether Bitcoin's 200-day master gate is open or closed, the resulting long-or-cash state for BTC and ETH, and a one-line verdict, all evaluated from UTC daily closes by a long-only rules engine. It is meant to be polled regularly so you catch the moment the gate flips. The source describes this as research, not advice.
