Gives you a live feed of addresses caught running poisoning scams on Base.
It returns a live feed of addresses caught running address-poisoning scams on Base, detected by an on-chain collector that watches for zero-value transfer sprays. You can poll it with a since parameter to pull only the threats detected after a given time, so new entries can be added straight to a blocklist. The feed updates continuously and is machine-readable.
