Check a financial figure against SEC filings

Give it a company by ticker or CIK number, the accounting concept you mean, the value you believe is right and any filters, and it checks that value against the company's own facts as filed with the SEC. It answers verified, mismatch or unknown, and returns the exact figure from the filing, the comparison it made, the timestamps and where in the SEC's records it came from. It is for an agent that must not act on a financial number nobody has checked.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: An agent produced a financial figure and you cannot act on it unchecked
For example: Send the ticker, the concept and the value, and stop on a mismatch.
When: You need the exact figure a company filed, not a number from a summary
For example: Ask for the concept and read the filing fact it returns with its timestamp.
When: You need to know when a figure simply cannot be checked at all
For example: An unknown answer means unverified, and is not the same as agreement.
