Hedera network facts with attestation

Gives you Hedera network facts, like gas fees and node data, each with a tamper-evident attestation ID.
It returns Hedera network facts such as the HBAR exchange rate, gas fees, total supply, the node roster, throughput, and topic state, selected by a fact parameter in the URL path. Each response carries an attestation ID for the exact snapshot served, so an agent can later prove what data it knew when it acted.

When: I need Hedera's current gas fees or HBAR exchange rate
