GBLIN protocol treasury state

Gives you a DeFi basket protocol's current net asset value, composition, and crash-protection status.
It returns the GBLIN protocol's real-time state: its net asset value, the composition of its underlying token basket with each token's target and current weight, and whether its crash-protection mechanism is currently active. It also returns a slippage buffer and the reason behind it.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need the current net asset value of the GBLIN basket
For example: Read the NAV field.
When: I need to know what tokens make up the basket and their weights
For example: Read the basket composition list.
When: I need to know if crash protection is currently active
For example: Check the crash-shield status.
When: I need to know why the current slippage buffer is set the way it is
For example: Read the slippage reason field.
