IFTA fuel tax rates by quarter

Gives you committed IFTA tax rates for a quarter, by jurisdiction and fuel type.
It returns committed IFTA (International Fuel Tax Agreement) tax rates for a specific quarter, grouped by jurisdiction and fuel type. Effective periods are clipped to that quarter, and a mid-quarter rate revision shows up as its own separate period. Rates are human-reviewed against a reference source every quarter.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need the IFTA diesel rate for a state in a given quarter
For example: Pass the quarter, fuel type, and jurisdiction.
When: I need to know if a rate changed partway through the quarter
For example: Check for a separate effective period covering that change.
When: I want rates that have been checked, not just scraped
For example: Use it knowing rates are human-reviewed each quarter.
