Checks a domain or Base address's public evidence before you trust or pay it.
Submit a public HTTPS domain and it checks its agent card, OpenAPI spec, robots policy, and settlement-aware x402 signals, or submit a Base address for its public onchain evidence instead. It returns a timestamped JSON report. It is explicitly not a security or compliance audit.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I'm about to pay an unfamiliar API and want to check its public evidence first
For example: Submit its domain and read the report before paying.
When: I need to know if a service actually publishes an agent card and OpenAPI spec
For example: Submit its domain and read those fields in the report.
When: I have a Base address instead of a domain to check
