Gives you an index of public mixtapes and Top 10 lists, or one item's full liner notes.
It returns an index of public mixtapes and public Top 10 lists. Pass a tape's id to get one mixtape with its liner notes and music-service links, or pass a person's handle as a Top 10 id to get their Top 10 list plus its Side B.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I want to browse what mixtapes and Top 10 lists are public
For example: Call it with no id for the index.
When: I need one specific mixtape's details
For example: Pass its id as a tape uuid.
