Reads an ERC-20 contract on Base or Ethereum: name, symbol, decimals, total supply and optionally one holder's balance.
Reads an ERC-20 token contract on Base or Ethereum mainnet and returns name, symbol, decimals and total supply, and optionally the balance of one holder address. It verifies that the address is a contract. The params are token (contract address, required), chain (base by default, or ethereum) and holder (optional address).
