Gives you Hedera network facts, like the latest transaction, with a tamper-evident attestation ID.
It returns Hedera network facts such as the HBAR exchange rate, gas fees, supply, the node roster, throughput, and the latest transaction, selected by a fact parameter in the URL path. Each response carries an attestation ID for the exact snapshot served, so an agent can later prove what data it knew when it acted.

When: I need Hedera's latest transaction
