Searches reported PHMSA pipeline incidents by operator, cause, location, or date.
It searches PHMSA's pipeline incident records for gas distribution, hazardous liquid, and gas transmission pipelines from 2010 onward. You can filter by operator, operator ID, mode, state, cause, commodity, minimum cost, year, or incident date. It returns each incident's entity-resolved operator, location, commodity released, casualties, cost, and cause, exactly as recorded, with no safety judgment added.
