Signs your message or hash with a post-quantum ML-DSA-65 signature.
Send a message or hash and it returns a post-quantum digital signature using ML-DSA-65, also called Dilithium-3, the NIST FIPS 204 standard. The response includes the digest that was signed, the signature, the algorithm name, and the public key needed to verify it. It is for agents that need a quantum-resistant signature over their own data.
