World Cup entity id resolver

Resolves a sports data provider's id to the entity it identifies, with ids from other providers attached.
It resolves an id from a sports data provider, such as API-Football, Sportradar, Opta, Entain, or ESPN, or a canonical Machina identifier, to the entity it identifies. It returns that entity along with its corresponding ids from every other provider it knows about.

When: I have a provider-specific sports id and need to know what entity it maps to

When: I need the same entity's id across several data providers
For example: Resolve one provider's id and read the cross-provider ids attached to the result.
