Cross-venue perpetual funding rates

Gives you funding rates for a crypto perpetual across major CEX and DEX venues, normalized to 8-hour rates.
It returns funding rates for one crypto perpetual per venue, or the whole cross-venue set in one call, across major exchanges like Binance, Bybit, OKX, Hyperliquid, and more. Each row carries the venue's raw rate, its funding interval, and an 8-hour-equivalent rate, since venues quote on different intervals and raw rates are not directly comparable. Each row also carries a canonical id and asset class, so a ticker naming two unrelated assets is visible, not silently mixed together.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to compare funding rates across venues fairly, not raw numbers on different intervals
For example: Read the 8h-equivalent rate field for each venue.
When: I need funding rates for one specific perpetual
For example: Set the symbol filter to that perpetual.
When: I need the whole cross-venue set at once
For example: Omit the symbol filter and page through the set with limit.
When: I need to make sure I'm not mixing two different assets sharing a ticker
For example: Check the canonical_id and asset_class fields on each row.
