ECB reference FX rates

Gives you live foreign-exchange reference rates from the European Central Bank, any cross-rate.
It returns live foreign-exchange reference rates from the European Central Bank's daily fixes, covering about 30 major currencies. You can request any cross-rate from any base currency, with an optional amount to convert. Rates refresh daily and each response carries its rate date.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need a cross-rate between two currencies, not just against one fixed base
For example: Send the base and target symbols and read the returned rate.
When: I need an amount converted, not just the raw rate
For example: Include an amount in the request to get the converted value.
When: I need to know exactly which day's rate I'm using
For example: Read the rate date field in the response.
