Trending tokens by wallet activity

Ranks trending tokens by how much active-wallet activity increased over a window.
It returns trending tokens across the entire chain, for an activity window you specify, with an optional category filter. A token's trending rank comes from how much its active-wallet count grew over that window.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see which tokens are gaining attention right now
For example: Call it for the current trending list.
When: I need trending tokens over a specific time window
For example: Set the activity window parameter.
When: I only care about tokens in a certain category
For example: Set the optional category filter.
