US outdoor weather window from NWS data

This endpoint checks the US National Weather Service (NWS) for a chosen outdoor time window, up to 24 hours long, within the next 7 days. It returns a temperature range, the highest hourly chance of rain in that window, and the source times the data came from. It does not give weather alerts or search for the best window itself. It runs on testnet USDC only, as a bounded trial, and asks you to reserve with an unsigned request and a random idempotency key before paying.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: You are planning an outdoor event in the US and want a temperature and rain-chance check for a set time window
For example: Pick a 6-hour window tomorrow afternoon and get its temperature range and peak rain probability from NWS data.
When: You already know the time window you want and just need the raw numbers, not alerts or window-picking
For example: Send the window's start and end time and get back temperature range and rain probability with source timestamps.
