Gives you a freshness heartbeat for Japan MOF and OFAC sanctions lists, with no address data.
It returns a freshness heartbeat only, for both the Japan Ministry of Finance and OFAC sanctions lists: the list date, the address count, and when it was fetched. It carries no actual sanctioned addresses, and is meant as the cheapest polling entry point for a change-detection loop.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know if a sanctions list has updated, without pulling the whole list
For example: Poll it and compare the list date and address count to your last check.
When: I want the cheapest possible check in a change-detection loop
