Cryptographically secure random values

Gives you cryptographically secure random bytes or a random integer.
It returns cryptographically secure randomness. Ask for a number of random bytes, from 1 to 1024, returned as hex, or ask for a uniform random integer between a minimum and maximum you choose. You can also request more than one value at once, up to 100.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need random bytes for a cryptographic use
For example: Request a byte count between 1 and 1024.
When: I need a random integer within a range
For example: Set the minimum and maximum values.
When: I need several random values in one call
For example: Set the count, up to 100.
