Scores the Selzer 1975 13-item Short Michigan Alcoholism Screening Test (SMAST) from yes or no items you assign. The score counts answers in the alcoholic direction using that paper's key, where three items score 1 if false and ten score 1 if true, for a maximum of 13. Bands are 0 to 1 nonalcoholic, 2 possible and 3 or more alcoholic. The seller states it is not a diagnosis, not the 25-item MAST, not Brief MAST and not SMAST-G, and it does not interview the patient.
