Gives you a point-in-time read of the Animica mempool and network.
It returns a point-in-time read of the Animica mempool and network: the pending transaction count and ids, total pending bytes, the age of the oldest pending entry, the chain head, peer count, and network hashrate. It's meant for a bot watching for congestion, fee conditions, or inclusion timing, without running a full node.
