Trending opportunity teaser cards

Gives you the top 20 trending business opportunity teasers, ranked by score.
It returns the top 20 active opportunity cards ranked by score, as teasers: an ID, slug, title, category, score, signal count, and when it was last seen. It does not include the supporting evidence or the product angle; a separate full-card endpoint carries those. If the index has no active cards yet, it returns a no-charge warming status instead of an empty result you would still pay for.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need a quick ranked list of trending opportunities
For example: Pull the top 20 teaser cards.
When: I need to know how many signals back an opportunity before paying for the full card
For example: Check its signal count.
When: I need to know if a listed opportunity is still current
For example: Check its last-seen timestamp.
When: I need to avoid paying for an empty result while the index is still filling
For example: Rely on the no-charge warming status instead.
