Gives you Arkham transfer data, filterable, priced per row up to a limit you set.
It returns Arkham transfer data with filters. Results are priced per row, so the request lets you set a limit, with a default of 20 and a maximum of 1,650 rows, and the source recommends passing the smallest useful limit.

For example: Send your filters and read the matching transfers.
When: I need to control how many rows I retrieve, since each row is priced
