It resolves a street address to its municipality and, where GIS data is verified, its zoning district code and the lookup method used. It covers 64 municipalities across 6 states. Rather than just reporting what public records say, it aims to reflect what the zoning ordinance itself says, independently verified, and includes a source citation and a last-reviewed date with each answer.
