Per-maker stats for a Deepstate order book

Gives you per-maker time at top, notional rested, and fills for a Deepstate market.
It returns per-maker statistics for a market on Deepstate, an on-chain order-book exchange on Robinhood Chain. For each maker, it includes time spent at the top of the book on the bid and ask sides separately, notional value rested, number of fills, the fill rate, and rewards earned. The response also includes the market's book id, label, and how final the data is.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see who is providing liquidity at the top of a Deepstate market
For example: Read the time-at-top fields for each maker.
When: I need to compare makers' fill rates
For example: Read the fill rate and fill count fields for each maker.
When: I need to know how much a maker has earned in rewards
For example: Read the rewards-earned field for each maker.
When: I need to know how settled the data is before I rely on it
For example: Check the finality field in the response.
