It returns the live gas price on Base, Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon, and BSC, sorted from cheapest to most expensive. It is for an agent that needs to pick the cheapest chain to run an operation on right now, since gas prices change constantly and cannot be known ahead of time.
