Gives your wallet a short oblique fortune, fixed for the whole day.
It returns a short, oblique fortune drawn from the day's pool for the wallet that paid, stable for the whole UTC day and different the next. You can send an optional question up to 140 characters, which is echoed back and recorded, but the source is explicit that no model runs at serve time, so the question does not currently steer the reading.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I want a short daily fortune tied to my wallet
For example: POST an empty body and read the fortune field.
When: I want to record a question alongside my fortune, understanding it won't shape the answer yet
For example: Send a question up to 140 characters and read it echoed back.
