Deepstate order gas-cost history

Gives you the gas cost of resting and cancelling orders on a Deepstate market over time.
It returns a time-bucketed history of the gas spent resting and cancelling orders on a given Deepstate market. Each bucket includes the count of rests and cancels, the fee amounts, and what share of that fee comes from layer-1 costs, plus totals for the whole period.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know how much it costs in gas to place and cancel orders on a market
For example: Pull the cost history for that market.
When: I need to see how order-management costs changed over time
For example: Read the time-bucketed history.
When: I need to know how much of the fee comes from layer-1 costs specifically
For example: Read the layer-1 share field.
