It returns Google Trends search interest for a keyword, as a dated series indexed from 0 to 100. It gives weekly points across the default past 12 months, daily points for 30- and 90-day windows, and windows reaching from the past hour back to 2004, with optional country targeting. It is meant for keyword trend analysis, search-demand seasonality, and SEO keyword research.

When: I need to see how interest in a keyword has changed over time
For example: Send the keyword and read the dated interest series.
