Public search snapshot and competitor signals

The seller takes a snapshot of public search results and reports signals about competitors out of it. It says the snapshot is deterministic and controlled, so the same request gives the same answer. It does not say what is searched, what a signal is, or what the snapshot holds, so there is little more to go on than that.

When: You want a fixed snapshot of public search results rather than a live query
For example: Ask for the snapshot and keep it as the record of what search showed that day.
When: You are watching competitors and want whatever signals this seller derives
For example: Request the snapshot and read the competitor signals it reports.
