Top on-chain token gainers and losers

Gives you the top 10 gaining and top 10 losing on-chain tokens by 24-hour price change.
It returns the top 10 gainers and top 10 losers by 24-hour price change percentage, across all the on-chain tokens it tracks. It returns two parallel arrays, one for gainers and one for losers, along with an as-of timestamp.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to see which on-chain tokens are moving the most today
For example: Call it and read the gainers and losers arrays.
When: I need to know how fresh the movers data is
For example: Read the asOf timestamp returned with the data.
When: I want to scan for tokens with unusual 24-hour momentum
For example: Check the top of the gainers or losers array for outsized moves.
