CVE vulnerability lookup

Gives you security vulnerability records by CVE ID or keyword.
It returns vulnerability records from the NIST National Vulnerability Database and GitHub Security Advisories, looked up by CVE ID or a free-text keyword. Each record includes its CVSS score, severity, CWE weakness class, affected products, and references. You can filter by severity and source, and it needs no API key.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know the severity of a specific CVE
For example: Send the CVE ID and read the CVSS score and severity.
When: I need to search vulnerabilities by keyword, not a known CVE ID
For example: Send a keyword like a library name and read matching records.
When: I only want critical vulnerabilities
For example: Filter by severity=critical.
