Gives you a live health check on the two most-used x402 payment facilitators.
It probes the two most-used x402 facilitators and reports their health. For one, it returns the kinds, schemes, and networks it supports. For the other — the one this service itself settles through, on Base and Solana — it returns reachability, HTTP status, and latency.
