URL link integrity check

Checks every URL in a task and gives you a pass or fail verdict with each URL's status code.
It runs a deterministic HEAD or GET check on every URL you submit in a task and returns an overall pass or fail verdict. Each URL's own status code is included, so you can see which one failed if the overall check fails. It is built as a post-deploy verification step.
