Tells you whether a wallet address appears on the OFAC SDN sanctions list before you pay it.
It screens a wallet address against the OFAC SDN sanctions list and returns a pass, warn, or block verdict. The result is Ed25519-attested, so you can verify it was not altered. It works without an API key. It is for an agent that wants to check a counterparty before settling a payment to it.
WHEN TO USE THIS
When: I need to know if a wallet is sanctioned before paying it
For example: Screen the address and read the pass, warn, or block verdict.
When: I need to verify a screening result was not altered
For example: Check its Ed25519 attestation.
When: I need a compliance check without registering for an API key
