It categorizes the disclosures within a single SEC 8-K filing. A filing that covers multiple disclosure types produces multiple rows, one per tagged disclosure, each classified into primary, secondary, and tertiary categories with a supporting text excerpt. The full list of possible categories is available from a separate, free taxonomy endpoint.

When: I need to know what kinds of disclosures are in an 8-K filing, not just read the whole thing
